HOHOHO:D
This blog has successfully moved from erhuisourpassion.blogspot.com to erhu-prssco.blogspot.com.
The reason why the blog needed to be moved to a newer address was because I realised I can no longer be the administrator for this blog since I have graduated from Pasir Ris Sec.
The new administrator of the blog will be XianXun, since he was the only one who wanted the log-in details from me. Of course, there can be other authors of the blog too. If there is anyone who is interested, please inform XianXun.
(XianXun is secondary 4 this year which also means he will need someone else to take over this blog after this year.)
I have imported some of the older posts from erhuisourpassion.blogspot.com but deleted most of them. I only kept those which were posted by the seniors, not just to keep the memory but also let those juniors and juniors-to-be dig abit into the past.

hello my dear erhu juniors
haha never expect me to be here right
first thinks first, i wanna apologise to everyone of you
cos i never really spent the effort to bond with you all
and this explains why ive not been really really close to you.
nevertheless, i still wanna say that it's been a pleasure knowing all of you.
ive seen some of you grow to become very good and passionate erhu players
and i think it's good news.
continue to work hard in the future and do really cherish your time in prssco
cos it'll be pretty much different in JC's co.
you will not have a section instructor like mr zhang bin
so do appreciate him. if he scolds you, it'll just do you good and no harm
he's definitely a good guy(:
also, now that miss ho's gone, you may never be able to find a teacher as patient as her, as motherly as her anymore. the new teacher might just be very different from. so if you happen to bump into her in school, do say a word of thank you to her.
and im not saying the new teacher wun be good ar. haha
dun bully ppl okay!
sometimes when i return to prss and see you practising. it gives me a sense of satisfaction
that you are all learning new songs, esp that tian shan sheng hui. really pei fu all of you
that song is really dam fast! good for thsoe ppl who have been working hard consistently.
for those not-so-consistent one, you know who you are, pls do come for practices punctually
some of you had already broken the promises you made before i graduated, before i even stepped down. so i was quite disappointed, though i din mention it when i go back
you may see me always fooling around, but actually im just trying not show it out. but then again, pls dun purposely go for prac becos of being afraid to see me. i mean, it's you. at the end of the day if u do not like co, we cant force u to go right. but i can tell you, it brings you alot alot of benefits in prssco. you will noe when u are in sec 4 and when entering the kc/poly u want.
before i end, i just wanna tell the juniors, esp the sec 2s, to not give your SLs and chairman so much problems. be good and listen to them.
(haha i sound so serious! but im not lol!)

hey ERHUians! (: its been awfully long since i've posted lah, you guys missed me? d: MUST BE lahs. thats why the blog's kinda dead. hahah. hmm, SYF is obviously around the corner! &intensive training is going GOO GOO GA GA! -faints! hahah. its almost like TECC everday?! (:
hey, look on the bright side lah! d: hahahs! its time to plan our lives, with the juggle of CO, school, studies, friends, family...eVERYtHINg! HHEHE, i know; nobody wants a life being routinised..BUT, would anybody want a life being screwed up everyday, with procrastinations and laziness, or a routinised life? for me, i want a routinised one. pst pst. so lets start planning our lives daily, and fit in these practices of CO before sYF,studies..family day. EVERYTHING! (: &you are able to include slacking time as well! becos everybody needs rest! hey,thats human nature! =) once you do this planning, wow. your life will go from a DOWN DOWN to UPUP lah. you'll feel more alert everyday! sometimes its also ok to procrastinate and be lazy! (: thats human nature ehh (nag lahs, keep repeating,hehe i'm contradicting)! hahahs. &thosenot in SYF also need to practise hard lahs, becos if you really practise and starts to play better in erhu, hey its not gonna the end of the day for you. miracle is gonna happen! but it doesn't happen when you don't play a part in it.! so make a point to practise everyday! wahah. i'm such a nag. k. frankly, wanna tell you guys sth. i think during january or february, i would bring home my zhonghu without fail after CO pratices. upon reaching home, my ke lian de zhonghu would be left deserted in my room, with cobwebs growing all over till the next day when we hve CO practices. yeah. i was lazy. d: ..there was even once when i only touched my zhonghu for about 5 minutes or less,&i kept it straight after. i'm super lazy lah!
so lets work hard for this SYF while juggling well with our studies ok! (: must really practise hard and study hard and play hard! (:
&hey, i wanna tell you guys that NingZheng's birthday is on 23rd March, which falls on one of our combine practices, so i'm deciding on buying a cake for him lahs! must share money lehs! i'll talk and ask you guys more about it tml! GEE.hahha. hmm..oh yeah. everybody's bday in our sec 2 erhu section would be celebrated k! (: those who's bday has past way back this way, wahahh. suay lo! (: JK lah! there'll be belated bday presents! hahah!

guys...i gotta admit...i'm really very tired liao...got a lot things to do now...please help me o reduce my stress level...u all see me so happy but inside i wonder...'wad would co be if the sec 3s and 4s one day leave?'....answer this question...this has been bugging me ever since...as a sectional leader and only a sectional leader...i can't do much bout this...but i do hope that u guys will take care and prac more...please...after cny...din lao shi going to test everyone...please prac...i dun anyone to be kick out of syf cuz ying zhun not good or can't play...i'll make those lessons i haf with u guys...u'll take it seriously...cuz i wan u guys to be the best...if i put in my best then u guys must put in yr best...i hope that u guys and gals will help me to complete this mission to make u guys the best after we graduate...when we come back...haha...one by one test on any song...ha...no la...dun give u guys stress...when we leave...i wan to see a more united co...hope guys can change co the way it is...now in yr current batch is very bad...attitude seniors...dun arrange chairs back...(not saying u guys)...u guys very gai la...lol...hope u can visit this blog everytime for posts by me...and prac at co room on monday at 2.30pm...give u guys time to eat...k? ha...but only got two conditions...dun be late for every lesson and dun talk...be serious...thanks...during these lessons...i'll be very strict...very very strict on ying zhun and everything...posture...please co-operate...

hey guys...i'm back to flood...lol...sorry post so long...i and jasmine fighting see whose post longest...lol...i wanna ask u guys and gals...do you noe how to dou gong not? and got other skills u must learn...rou xian...then still hua xian...if u got question better ask...cuz syf is coming soon...gotta say...u guys r not bad...ha...so better ask questions on how to play certain things...cuz i maybe wanna haf a private class with you guys...then test u one by one...no choice...sorry...cuz i in charge of u guys...then sec 3 i think i also in charge but amelia is helping me to take of u guys...lol...today was fun but please ah...when u guys go combined ah...must remember not to talk too much...when i start to diao u guys...please those ppl beside better ask the person to quiet...and today not bad all here...remember to tag la...lol...i'm trying to make this a fun blog...and ya...march camp coming le...and the sec 3 camp coming le...so on the 30th jan...u guys must trust yrself...practise then get better...cuz all sec 3s all going sec 3 camp...hope u guys will try yr best to learn and perfect syf song...please practise...cuz this syf very important...and when i heard yr ying zhun a bit off...i kena shocked...then during sectional...when zhang bin ask u guys to play...can't even play at the normal speed...i maybe wan u guys to stay back for extra lesson...please refer to this blog for notices please...tyty...lol...i'll make sure u're as good as the sec 3s...juz wait and see...ha...

hey guys and gals...heck...never posted entry here for so long...sorry hor...paiseh...i need to tell u many things...i scared not enough space...please try to improve on this...as u guys noe...today got meeting...then as u noe...i need to elaborate bout many things now...i being very serious...lol...
first...cleanliness...as ms ho said and wad jing xiong said...i need to shorten this post...ha...when u guys and gals put back yr erhus and stuff...please put it properly...and ah...arrange...if not everytime...we sectional leaders and others must put back for u guys...try to stuff it in...but if really got no space...then put outside neatly please...u dun wan jx to scold again right...
second...attendance...i'm very happy for u guys cuz this time...attendance is looking up...maybe give u guys a treat during holidays or wad...[not promising...] see whether i got money..
third...discipline...very good...but i see u guys being scolded by ding lao shi leh...i always hear u guys talking...zhonghu and gao hu gals very good la...like vivien, agnes, qiao hui =)...please ah...ava room is a very enclosed room...so talking softly may amplify yr voice...so please try not to talk so much...and one thing ah...when ding lao shi or anyone ask u question better answer if not the person very angry...sure kena scolded la...
fourth...paiseh so long la...this yr syf very important to the sch and everyone...cuz if we get gold with honours...which is a very good thing...ha...then very good...so must work towards it...and during sectional...please dun laugh so much when u make a mistake...when u make a mistake...keep quiet and carry on or start over again...kk??? lol...then yr ying zhun very important...please work on it and i'll test hor...u guys must haf extra lesson or to haf ppl teach and soft and loud must play out...very important...dynamics...ha...

HEYS! :D hahahs. i suppose this is my third post in this blog ? x) probably was because of my busy schedule everyday ? hahahs. anyway, last Sunday's performance was GREAT. HOWEVER! however... HEHES i did made some mistakes but i hope it wasn't a great disturbance. HEHES. throughout this whole year of participating in CO events, i feel anticipated and elated. Nevertheless, we should strive for the better. HEYS! WORK HARD TOGETHER K!?!?!?!?! HEHES x) JIAYOU to get into SYF. :) i know we all can do it, with our effort our heart. our love for CO and our enthusiasm for ERHU, ZHONGHU & GAOHU.

WOW. Its been so long since i've posted here. x) Ahh. it was Jasmine who kept posting and trying to maintain this beautiful blog. (: I LOVE YA JASMINE. :)) Hmm. anyway, i'm sure last Tuesday..not many of us attend CO, probably because you guys went back to your own respective primary schools ( like ME!! XD ) except Jasmine and KwanWee. though thats the case, did you guys kept practising ERHU at home? x) Hope you guys did. COS we must work hard and strive for SYF. x) ALL of us must get in. ! xD then it'll be like the
JUNIORS VS SENIORS. <<<<--- WAH. Sounds like an action-packed movie. x) Hahahs. anyway, last Saturday Jasmine, Qiaohui , Agnes and i went to CO to practise for FUN! (: Because we were informed by my friend ( other section ) that there'll be CO. in the end, only the 4 of us turned up whereby the notice board says: only for those participating in SYF ( something like that. xD ) Hmm. But nvm, we did enjoy that ERHU lesson added with some chit-chatting and interaction with ChingKiat in the AIR-CON room! Yeah. First time we had ERHU in an air-con, so those people from other section who gets to enjoy the air-con room every CO lessons, should not take it for granted man! T_T However, halfway through practising and chit-chatting, CK suddenly left the room . xP Leaving us stranded...! Then when it was time for break, he told us to go out of the room, and had some serious talks with KokPeng. xP After break, we were reprimanded. =________=" He said YES. Miss Ho did say that the sec one erhu is the most united and they even create blog..... ... he said that he could not feel the SPIRIT in ERHU. T_T Yeah. so after the scolding, he left the room. and we went practising our way. xD HEE. There's more to GO! =_= i think for about 1 hour later, he came again with that insane and exhausted look. x) So we took our intiative to let him listened what we have practised. and he was saying QUITE GOOD. HEHE! ahh. but then he suddenly took my hairband of my head and laughed like hell. T_T so humiliated. XD but nvm. thats the joy in erhu. x) k thats all for last Saturday's lesson. (: I've gotta get my good night sleep and attend the CO at 1pm tomorow. =D -PEACE . VIVIEN! ( one of those crazy ERHU-ians! =D )

hmmms..okays..to all sec 1s : relax ya ?..there is nths wrong going ard here?..small prob~!
as a vice chair or frenz..i has no wish to see any of u all quarreling over such stuff ya?
to agnes: different ppl has different point of view ya?..it's juz lyk how ppl disagree wif u..things dun go smoothly everytym..one thing u muz learn..learn to adapt to other ppl.. instead of waiting for ppl to accept u..k?
to kwan wee: hmmms..it please mi to see tt how eager u are to wanting to perform for CO...i greatly appreaciate ur passion for it..but it's no use for u to go up stage now n play some rubbish song ?..of cos..the fact tt u learned erhu before put at a advantage compare to others tt start this year..u got to make use of this advantage to practise even harder..so tt ur chance of getting in SYF next year. or any upcoming performances..the chance of getting into preformances dun depend on u sec 2 or sec 3..it depend on ur skills and attitude..u r lacking on of these..or i might say both..zhang bin is nvr bias..he nvr scold for the wrong reason..yupps..sometime we haf to reflect on wad other ppl had said..seriously..u GOTTA give more respect to ur seniors..seriously...not just mi ya?..any others seniors has the right to say u..u gotta accept wad they say..on ur skill n ur attitude..u gotta work harder on it..really..u know mi..i nvr bias agianst u..i hope u get wad i trying to say=)

Hi Erhu-ers
I thought I'd better blog while you are having your CO practice so that you'll get a surprise message when you reach home.
Anyway, I really want to thank the sectional leaders & seniors for taking such good care of the Sec 1 Erhu-ers. For the name of this blog speaks of the passion and commitment you have for your CCA. For that, I must also thank the Sec 1s for coming up with this blog! In fact, I was pleasantly surprised by the initiative shown.
Anyway I have figured out what makes the Erhu section so special.
1) You work, learn and play as a family.
2) You take pride that you belong to the Erhu section.
3) You love the Chinese Orchestra and regard it as your family. =)

(: The world of MUSIC.
Nice picture ehh? x) Whee. i love MUSIC. (: So does all ERHU members and CO members right? (: Hahah. Its been eight months in CO, and i'm feeling GREAT. (: Though ErHu trainings were tough. Hmm.. But practise makes perfect right? (: When i was in primary school, i joined GuZheng, it was not as fun as ErHu lessons b'cos ErHu-ers get to have outings and things like that to know each other more and interact. and i think its absolutely great. (x Yeah. I hope we will bond even greater and excel in our CCA and our studies. jiayou.!! (:

I'm also doing a history project on researching on a thing that came to Southeast Asia through contact and interaction with other civilisation and is still part of the way of life in modern Singapore, and i chose ERHU. (: During the research, i managed to learn many general knowledge about Erhu. (: Hee. Digested much info. x)
Yeah. and during National Day's Eve. Sec ones were supposed to do up sculptures on the theme ( i think is Singapore , Our homeland. Argh i can't rmb. :( ) And qiaohui, agnes, xinying and a malay friend of ours decided to do on CO. and the effect came out nice. Though we did not win, but we still love Erhu. (:
